COMMITTED TO THE ENVIRONMENT

At Az Trading we understand that, in the small actions of each individual, lies the future of all.

That if we do not immediately remedy the changes that nature is undergoing because of man, our planet will not resist and therefore our seas, our rivers and of course our next generations will have no future.

It is everyone's responsibility to prevent this. As key stakeholders in the transformation of human behaviour, companies need to raise awareness and set an example of sustainability, respect and commitment.

Only by adapting our processes will we be able to contribute to a planet that does not run out of energy.

Our commitment goes beyond the good recycling we do in our offices or providing adequate working conditions in our facilities. We know the impact and reach that our business can have and so we take care to nurture it year after year:

• In 2018, Eco Kids School Association was founded, a non-profit foundation whose aim is to educate more than 30,000 children in the care and respect for the environment. https://aztrading.es/kids-school-association/
• Since 2018 we are changing our packaging to EcoPack for all terminal categories, thus avoiding the use of plastic.
• In 2020 we have launched the #ConUnSoloGesto campaign which invites everyone to try to reduce the volume of waste bags in order to reduce pollution.
• Through our suppliers, part of the proceeds from the sale of our products goes to Foundations such as the Billfish Foundation (TBF) whose initial focus was on research and educational programmes. In 1990, TBF's focus expanded to include promoting responsible fisheries management, recognising that influencing decision-makers with sound science was a crucial step in the successful conservation of billfish.

All decisions that favour interaction with the environment in which we operate (social, economic or environmental) will be actions carried out as part of what we call Corporate Social Responsibility.
